Welcome to HTML to Figma!

HTML to Figma is an Figma plugin service provided by html.tofigma.com (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "HTML to Figma"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute the main agreement between you ("you" or "user") and us regarding your access to and use of HTML to Figma and other services provided by HTML to Figma (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). By registering, logging in to HTML to Figma, and/or using the services provided by HTML to Figma, you agree to accept these Terms. If you do not agree to this agreement, please do not use this service. Therefore, please read it carefully.

HTML to Figma reserves the right to make any modifications and supplements to the Terms of Service, which will be announced on the HTML to Figma website. Modifications and supplements to the Terms of Service will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued access to and use of HTML to Figma will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the revised Terms of Service, you should stop accessing HTML to Figma and refuse to use the service or delete your information and account on HTML to Figma to terminate the acceptance of the service.

If you represent an organization rather than yourself when registering, logging in, and using HTML to Figma and/or our other services, you will be deemed to have obtained full authorization to represent the organization in agreeing to these Terms of Service and the revised and supplemented Terms of Service from time to time.

HTML to Figma Account

You need to create a HTML to Figma account to access certain features and services on this website, and this account is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to use someone else's account without permission, and you are not allowed to use someone else's account to access paid products and services that you have not paid for. When creating an account, you should ensure that the information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach, you must notify HTML to Figma immediately. While HTML to Figma is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for losses incurred by HTML to Figma or other parties due to such unauthorized use.

You can register an account using your mobile phone number or email address. Account information includes but is not limited to your account name, avatar, password, and all information entered when registering or updating your account. The ownership of user accounts belongs to HTML to Figma. After registration, please ensure the security and confidentiality of your account and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and you bear all legal responsibilities for activities carried out under your registered account, including but not limited to any legal liabilities arising from data modifications, speech publications, payment transactions, and other actions you may undertake during the use of the service. You should take great care to keep your account and password confidential and not disclose them to others under any circumstances. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account by others or any other security vulnerabilities, you must notify the Company immediately. You acknowledge and agree that, except for our direct violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement, we are not liable for any unauthorized or abusive behavior regarding your account.

SUBSCRIPTION

This service is a paid subscription service provided by HTML to Figma. You must pay the full amount according to the service's charging standard before you can use the service. The duration of use is based on the period corresponding to the product you subscribed to. We may modify and change the charging standard and method of the service according to the overall plan of the service. The aforementioned modifications and changes will be displayed on the corresponding service page. If you need to continue to access and use the service, please fully understand the charging standard and method of the service after the modification or change. If you stop using the service on your own during the period of use or if your use of the service is suspended or terminated due to your serious violation of the terms under this agreement, the subscription fees you have paid will not be refunded. Your account and data information will be continuously maintained by HTML to Figma until the end of the period of use.

YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATION

You have the right to use this software product and corresponding upgrade services according to the terms of this agreement. You should legally use the product and services during the period of use. This service is for your personal use only. Without the written consent of HTML to Figma, you may not directly or indirectly transfer, sell, rent, or cooperate in any form, whether for profit or non-profit purposes, to provide any part or all of the software and technical support services to any third party. Otherwise, it will be considered a serious violation of the terms under this agreement, and HTML to Figma reserves the right to pursue unauthorized actions.

You must comply with relevant national laws and regulations and may not use the HTML to Figma product or company services for activities prohibited by national laws and regulations. You are responsible for the legality of the use of HTML to Figma's services and the content of data. You should take reasonable and secure measures to ensure the security of all kinds of data and information stored on the platform servers corresponding to the services provided by HTML to Figma at any time, and you should bear all responsibilities for the results of your own actions (including but not limited to self-installation of software, encryption measures, or other security measures).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of HTML to Figma, as well as all information related to HTML to Figma, including but not limited to: source code, object code, documentation, interface design, layout framework, and any software, related data, text expressions, icons, graphics, charts, colors, electronic documents provided by HTML to Figma for maintenance and technical support, are protected by the corresponding international treaties. Except for software or technology licensed by third parties, We fully owns the intellectual property rights to the above content.

You may not translate, decompose, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the software product in whole or in part; you may not destroy or bypass the encryption measures of the authorized software product or modify its encryption information. The trade names, logos, logos, and product names of HTML to Figma belong exclusively to HTML to Figma, and you and your affiliates may not use them without the written authorization or permission of HTML to Figma. You fully own the data and related content generated during the use of HTML to Figma's services. We will use your file data and related content in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the "Privacy Policy". If we needs to share your personal information with its affiliates to better provide services to you, HTML to Figma will seek your authorization again. You are solely responsible for all the content you publish. You understand and promise that the content uploaded or published when using this service (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, etc., and all components including music, sounds, dialogues, lines, visual designs, etc.) are original or legally authorized (including sublicensing).
